MaumDive is a psychological test and AI personality analysis platform operated by Jiyoon Co., Ltd. These Terms of Service regulate the rights, duties, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding the use of all services provided by the Company.

02. Effectiveness and Modification of Terms

2.1 Effectiveness

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms to the extent they do not violate applicable laws. Any modifications will be announced on the service homepage at least 7 days before the effective date.

03. Provision and Alteration of Service

We provide various psychological tests like MBTI, Enneagram, and DISC, along with AI analysis, customized content, and community features 24/7/365. Services may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance or network instability.

04. Registration and Account Management

Account creation is finalized when the user agrees to the Terms and the Company accepts the application. Users can update their information anytime via settings and may request account deletion instantly.

05. User Obligations

Users must refrain from the following activities:

Registering false information or impersonating others
Infringing on intellectual property rights or defaming the Company and third parties
Posting obscene or violent content
Engaging in unauthorized commercial activities or spamming through the service

06. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 User Rights

Users retain copyrights to the content they post, provided the Company may use it necessarily for operating the service.

6.2 Company Rights

All intellectual property rights regarding designs, texts, logos, and service elements are owned by Jiyoon Co., Ltd.

Liability: While the Company compensates for damages resulting from gross negligence, it assumes no responsibility for losses arising from free service outages or third-party negligence.

Frequently Asked Questions FAQ

MaumDive's basic tests are completely free. If you have paid for premium analysis and haven't viewed the results yet, please submit a request to our customer support email within 7 days of the payment to receive a refund guide.

Yes, at any time. If you use the 'Delete Account' action in the settings or profile page, all your account information and test results will be immediately destroyed and cannot be recovered. (Exceptions apply to items subject to legal payment record retention requirements.)

Test results are always for reference and entertainment! You can freely share them on social media or messengers using the [Share] button provided on the result page. Just please refrain from reverse engineering our source code for unauthorized commercial use in other services.
