1. Introduction to Our Services

MaumDive (the "Company" or "we") provides an online platform offering psychological tests, AI-based personality analysis, and various content to help users understand themselves better. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services provided by the Company and establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.

2. Terms Effectiveness and Changes

2.1 Terms Effectiveness

These Terms apply to all services provided by the Company. By using our services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2.2 Changes to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms when necessary, within the scope that does not violate applicable laws. When the Terms are changed, the Company will notify users by posting the revised Terms along with the effective date and reasons for the change on the service homepage at least 7 days before the effective date.

3. Service Provision and Changes

3.1 Services Provided

The Company provides the following services:

• Various psychological tests including MBTI, Enneagram, DISC, etc.
• AI-based face analysis and physiognomy services
• Personalized content based on personality types
• Test result storage and sharing features
• Community and social features
• Other services as determined by the Company

3.2 Service Hours

Services are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, services may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, server expansion and replacement, network instability, or other reasons.

3.3 Service Changes and Suspension

The Company may change the services provided according to operational and technical needs, and will notify users of such changes within the service before implementation.

4. User Registration and Account Management

4.1 User Registration

User registration is completed when a user agrees to the Terms, submits a registration application, and the Company accepts such application.

4.2 Account Information Management

Users can view and modify their personal information at any time through the personal information management screen. Users must notify the Company of any changes to information provided during registration through online modification or other means.

4.3 Account Termination

Users may request account termination at any time, and the Company will immediately process the termination. Upon account termination, all user data will be destroyed except in cases where the Company retains user information according to applicable laws and privacy policies.

5. User Obligations

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Registering false information during application or modification
• Stealing or misusing others' information
• Unauthorized modification of information posted by the Company
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of the Company and third parties
• Damaging the reputation of the Company and third parties or interfering with their business
• Publishing or posting obscene or violent words, texts, images, or audio on the service
• Using information obtained through the service for commercial purposes without prior consent from the Company, or allowing third parties to use such information
• Creating or distributing computer viruses or malicious code
• Hacking or distributing viruses
• Continuously sending advertising information against others' wishes
• Other illegal or improper activities

6. Content Management

6.1 Content Ownership

The copyright of content posted by users within the service belongs to the respective content creators.

6.2 Content Deletion

The Company may delete, move, or refuse registration of posts or materials that fall under the following categories without prior notice:

• Content that violates these Terms or is deemed commercial, illegal, obscene, or vulgar
• Content that severely insults or damages the reputation of other users or third parties
• Content that distributes or links to material violating public order and morals
• Content that encourages illegal copying or hacking
• Commercial advertisements
• Content objectively recognized as being related to criminal activities
• Other content deemed to violate applicable laws

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Company's Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, designs, texts, scripts, graphics, transmission functions, and other service-related elements provided by the Company belong to the Company.

7.2 User's Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights of content posted or uploaded by users to the service belong to the respective users, but the Company may use such content within the scope necessary for service operation.

8. Service Fees

Basic services provided by the Company are free. However, fees must be paid for separate premium services. Pricing, payment methods, refund policies for premium services will be separately provided.

9. Privacy Protection

The Company strives to protect users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws. The protection and use of personal information are governed by applicable laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.

10. Company's Obligations

10.1 Service Provision Obligation

The Company strives to provide continuous and stable services and will promptly repair or restore any equipment failures or losses.

10.2 Privacy Protection Obligation

The Company strives to protect users' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws.

11. Disclaimer

11.1 Service Use Responsibility

Service use is at the user's own responsibility, and the Company is not liable for any failure to obtain expected profits or losses incurred by users through service use.

11.2 Psychological Test Results Disclaimer

Psychological test results provided by the Company are for reference only and cannot be used for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes. Users should not blindly trust test results or use them as the basis for important decisions.

11.3 Third-Party Services

The service may include links to third-party services or content, but the Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, related content, advertisements, or other materials of such third-party services.

12. Damage Compensation

If damage occurs to users due to the Company's intentional or gross negligence, the Company is liable for compensating users for such damage. However, the Company is not liable for damage caused by free service failures, or third parties' intentional acts, negligence, or law violations.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any litigation arising from service use shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

13.2 Dispute Mediation

E-commerce disputes between the Company and users may be subject to mediation by the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Notifications

When the Company notifies users, it may be done through the email address submitted by the user to the Company.

14.2 Prohibition of Rights Transfer

Users cannot transfer, donate, or provide their service usage rights as collateral to others.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms take effect from July 1, 2025.
