"I no longer say that we are fighting against racism. I say that we are building an anti-racist society. That is a much more active concept. We are not just removing the negative; we are creating the positive. Justice is not merely punishing crime, but resolving social inequalities and creating conditions where everyone can live with dignity. This is a continuous struggle, a process we must engage in daily. We must understand that racism, sexism, and classism are interconnected. All these systems of oppression reinforce each other. Therefore, true liberation requires a holistic approach that confronts all these forms of oppression simultaneously. If we focus on only one form of injustice, other forms will continue to thrive. We must support each other's struggles and stand in solidarity."
