King Sejong the Great stands as one of the most benevolent and brilliant monarchs in Korean history, embodying the classic characteristics of the INTJ personality—highly strategic, vision-driven, and relentlessly practical in problem-solving. In state governance and academic research, his 'N' (Intuition) allowed him to foresee a literate society, leading the invention of 'Hunminjeongeum' (Hangul) to empower the common people. His 'T' (Thinking) ensured that administrative systems were established not by tradition but through meticulous data and science, including national tax reforms, medicine classification, and the development of the 'Chiljeongsan' calendar. His love for his people was not merely emotional but highly strategic (T-J). Realizing that ordinary citizens were suffering from unjust punishments due to their inability to read the difficult Chinese characters, he designed a revolutionary, phonetic alphabet of 28 letters.
