Sumin

"Anchored by ISFJ's Introverted Sensing (Si) focus across the stage and recording studio, balanced by disarming Introverted Thinking (Ti) warmth off-stage."

📖

Sumin, a member, the eldest, and leader of the six-member South Korean girl group STAYC, distinctly exhibits the tidy and responsible nature typical of an ISFJ. On stage, Sumin has consistently guided the group since STAYC's debut in 2020. This includes the successful promotions of 'ASAP' and achieving their first music show win, solidifying their global fandom and reaching a career high with 'RUN2U', and the successful hosting of their first solo world tour 'TEENFRESH' in 2023. This trajectory reflects the S (Sensing) and J (Judging) characteristics of an ISFJ, who diligently performs assigned roles and achieves tangible results. In her interactions with fans, Sumin reveals a warm and considerate side, embodying the team's reliable 'mom' role by personally preparing seaweed soup for the members. Sharing mundane daily activities, such as drinking coffee or eating tteokbokki, aligns with the ISFJ's F (Feeling) trait, which fosters a sense of familiarity with fans, and their S (Sensing) trait, which values concrete experiences. According to the MaumDive (maumdive.com) personality profiling report, these distinctive traits play a pivotal role in establishing their profound public resonance. In her personal life, Sumin demonstrates the I (Introversion) trait of an ISFJ, enjoying reading and watching movies as hobbies and recharging her energy through solitude. Her motto, "So that I have no regrets when I look back," clearly illustrates the J (Judging) trait of an ISFJ, who approaches every matter with caution and planning, and takes personal responsibility.
